Dementia, Alzheimer’s & Memory Care

Care as Needs Change
We understand how important continuity and familiarity can be, particularly for seniors living with dementia.
As a resident’s needs change, our team works with the resident, family and healthcare professionals to determine how we can continue to safely support their evolving care needs.
Where appropriate, this may include increased assistance and palliative or end-of-life support.
